Our cuisine speaks of Cádiz, the sea, and the most anticipated season of the year: summer. Through a menu that fuses Cadiz tradition with innovative touches, we offer you dishes with their own identity, full of references to the best local products and with subtle signature hints.

You will find dishes with their own identity, such as “tortillitas de camarones,” “ensaladilla,” “salmorejo,” rice dishes, fresh fish, and local meats.

In the summer, we invite you to enjoy the “Sunset Dinners.” These are two exclusive events that blend the finest cuisine, live music, and the unparalleled views of the sunset over the Atlantic.
Diners will savor a special menu consisting of two starters, two main courses, dessert, local wines, and a welcome glass of cava. It is the perfect recipe for a truly unforgettable experience.
The Pergola
The restaurant features a marvelous outdoor terrace, La Pérgola. It is the ideal spot to enjoy an aperitif or a relaxed drink, from where the impressive views and the refreshing Atlantic breeze can be appreciated even more.
